Replacing Meat
The problem that we are trying to locate is high meat consumption. Meat is harmful, it contains antibiotics, hormones, germs, and diseases. We prepared vegetarian protein plant healthy foods and vegetarian meat, such as hamburger, bread, mayonnaise, cakes, kibbeh, smoothies, high protein plant Easte cookies, high protein Manakish (Arab Pizza), high protein vegan ice cream, and vegetarian milk using healthy grains that contain a high percentage of protein like almonds, soy, lentils, walnuts, white beans, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats, chickpeas, and peanuts. Despite some concerns over being able to get adequate protein on a vegan or vegetarian diet, many high-protein, plant-based foods are available. Furthermore, several of these foods even provide all nine essential amino acids and are therefore considered complete proteins. We prepared kibbeh and used walnuts instead of meat, kibbeh is a popular dish made from meat, ground wheat, and spices. We prepared the vegan hamburger and used lentils instead of meat.
A Hydroponic Vegetable Growing System
We set up a hydroponic system at the school and guided the students to monitor and care for the plants by checking the water’s pH levels and the mineral concentration in the system. The students grew leafy vegetables, harvested them, prepared a healthy and delicious salad, and enjoyed eating it.
