Water consumption
As part of our commitment to the GAIA International project, our school is taking meaningful steps to conserve water and promote sustainability. A key initiative includes the installation of dual flush kits for our toilets, allowing users to choose between a low or high water flush, significantly reducing water wastage. Additionally, we installed a water fountain equipped with a refill station to encourage students and staff to use reusable bottles instead of single-use plastics and also save water consumption. These efforts aim to reduce our water footprint, raise awareness about environmental responsibility, and inspire everyone in our community to adopt water-saving habits.
Biodiversity Project
Our school is proud to establish a vibrant flower meadow on our campus. This initiative promotes biodiversity by providing a natural habitat for pollinators like bees and butterflies, which is essential to maintaining ecological balance. The meadow also reduces the need for frequent mowing, helping to conserve water and lower carbon emissions. Beyond its environmental benefits, the flower meadow serves as a beautiful, educational space where students can learn about the importance of preserving nature. Together, we are fostering a greener, more sustainable future for our school and community.
